Service was great at the shot that I gave my grandma was very easy and care free. The ladies were very patient with my grandma and all in all its a great place to be!!
I have a love hate relationship with Garden Pediatrics. I love that they have so many doctors available and extended hours (this gets 5 stars), it makes getting same day appointments very easy and they have some Sundays that they schedule appointments. But it seems that they have a revolving door for doctors (this gets 2 stars) - other then the primary doctor that owns the practice (we've only seen her once) the other doctors only stay for 1-2 years. My son is 4 years old and is now on his 3rd different doctor and she is leaving he practice in July. It makes the continuity of care a bit tough for ongoing issues like asthma since each doctor has a different approach. Then I have issues with the front office (this gets 2 stars). First, they never seem to answer the phones and if I leave a message stating I need to make an appointment it is 2-4 hours before the call is returned. If you go here please keep all of your EOBs on hand and check all of your billing statements. I have ongoing issues with the billing department (this gets 1 star). I don't know what changed for 2017 but they keep trying to charge me for my copay on the bill even though I paid it on my visit. I call to get it straightened out and then the next bill it's still the same. I bring in my EOB to my next visit to get it corrected and again, it's still on the next bill. I call again and I'm told it will get corrected and I'll get an email of an updated statement, but I get nothing. I know that I have to pay 10% of my visit and so I pay my $20 co pay and an extra $10 per visit and the extra $10 gets applied to the previous copay that I don't own. I shouldn't have to work this hard to get a billing issue straightened out and the office shouldn't have to pay someone to spend so much time correcting something that should have be done correctly the first time.
Everybody here is very nice . I had Dr. Carter and she was amazing. She answered every question I had, and she was not in a rush .
We decided to try out Garden Pediatrics after being disappointed with the first pediatrician we chose since moving to Redlands. With our previous pediatrician, they seemed to have zero clue about my childrens' medical history, even after coming regularly for 2 years. With a child with extensive medical issues, this is important! And when I would explain to our previous Dr about my oldest daughter's diagnosis (Every. Time.), they had no knowledge about it and brushed it off. We had a totally different and refreshing experience at Garden Pediatrics. The office is beautiful, the staff is beyond helpful and friendly, much to my surprise the doctor knew a lot about my daughter's medical condition and was interested in working with her cardiologist 's records, she even researched some after we left and called me personally. The separate waiting rooms for sick and well children are brilliant, and I have never seen shots given more efficiently with less stress on my child. This place is fantastic and I'm so glad that we've found our pediatrician home!
